Yokohama Ramen ‘ Yoshimura-Ya’ <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

‘Iekei ramen’ is a ramen shop series of Yokohama origin and is comprised of thick straight noodles, spinach, a roasted pork fillet and toasted laver in a pork bones soy soup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this ramen shop , 20 or more were lining up after 13:00, but the guidance of the tough-looking guy who is the staff is very wonderful,so we can enter it in no time.
They always grasp the number of visitors and vacant seats. And approximately 12 people are guided in a mass in a shop.
Not only it is efficient, but also is comfortable service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The way <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I leave the Yokohama Station west gate which is near to ‘Sotetsu Line’ and go ‘Parnard Street’ for about 5 minutes. So you can see the area where the ramen shops jostle in the Okano crossing circumference.
One of those ramen shops is \u2019Yoshimura-Ya’ of ‘Iekei-ramen’ origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is slightly before 1:00PM on weekdays to have arrived at the shop.
Approximately 20 people line up.
I purchase a meal ticket with the ticket machine before lining up.\u3000And I line up in the row afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menu <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The menu is simple, and there are six kinds.
\u30fbNormal size, large size, extra large size
\u30fbnoodles with roasted pork fillet, large one, extra large one
In other words, it is a difference of the quantity of noodles, and a difference whether or not noodles are topped with roasted much pork fillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        When sit table, I put a ticket on the counter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The water is self-service.
        We should go to take it before a dish is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        12 people enter all at once, and generally everybody finishes eating at the same time.
        And next 12 people enter it newly.
        So it is not a slow atmosphere at all.
        When group of same entering a shop finishes eating and returns in sequence, the feeling hurries slightly.
        Everyone is happy to have a short waiting time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
